- Minor variations in color, weave, texture, or size (up to ±5%) may occur
Such variations are inherent characteristics of rugs and do not constitute defects. They are not grounds for return, refund, replacement, or chargeback.
All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
ZARUGS reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.
Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, except where required by applicable law.
All purchases are governed strictly by our Returns & International Orders Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

ZARUGS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier:
- Title and risk of loss pass to the customer
- Any delivery or transit-related claims are governed by our policies
6. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All returns, replacements, and eligibility conditions are governed solely by our Returns & International Orders Policy.
Key acknowledgments:
- Custom-made, sale, clearance, and international orders are final sale
- International orders are non-refundable
- Approved claims are resolved by replacement only, at our discretion

Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
